BARROW (CRAVEN PARK) GREYHOUND STADIUM

The Cumbrian town of Barrow has had 2 greyhound tracks in the past, the first being situated around the perimeter of the local rugby league team on Craven Park and situated at 3° 14' W 54° 6' N. The track opened in 1932 but had closed within the year. The ground on which the former greyhound track once stood is still a rugby league pitch.

A much later track opened on Park Road in 1987 and operated for 6 years.
